The comprehensive intake form allows me to understand and assess all factors that may be influencing your little one’s sleep and the current challenges and provide you with the best possible strategies tailored to your unique situation and child. It also includes 3 days of sleep and feeding logs.
Listening to your unique situation I will assess all the circumstances, troubleshoot sleep challenges, educate on if what’s going on is “normal” or not, screen for medical concerns, and answer all your infant sleep questions!
Then, I work with you to define goals and provide you with a personalized plan & strategies to optimize sleep and well-being for the whole family.
Based on the strategies and suggestions discussed in your coaching session, your personalized family sleep plan will be delivered to you within 24 hours of our coaching call. It will include suggestions for sleep optimization, strategies for your personal goals, and any additional resources or handouts that may benefit your understanding and progress.
To ensure you feel confident moving forward in your sleep goals, this 30-minute follow-up call is the perfect time to have any additional questions answered, troubleshoot any strategies, or get guidance about progress.
